These App Purchase & Pricing Terms supplement the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. They describe how you pay for the App on the Apple App Store.

> Note: This App is sold as a one-time paid download. There is no auto-renewing in-app subscription and no in-app paywall in current versions. Legacy subscription product IDs are not used.


1. Overview

  • You purchase the App through the Apple App Store at the price shown on the product page (for example £0.99 or USD $0.99, Tier 1 or equivalent in your region).
  • Apple Inc. is the merchant of record. Orange Juice Applications does not collect or store your payment card details.
  • One payment at download (or through your Apple purchase history) includes all features described on the App Store listing and in the App at the time of purchase.

2. What is included

Your purchase includes the full App, such as:

  • Contact browsing, search, filters, and favorites
  • Photo discovery and matching (name, email, phone, on-device comparison)
  • Review queue and manual approval
  • Batch scan, duplicate detection, and contact groups
  • Optional social sign-in and per-contact saved connections
  • Automation rules, scheduled background sync, bulk operations
  • Sync engine, conflict center, and sync dashboard
  • Privacy dashboard, GDPR export, biometric lock, and diagnostics

Feature list may evolve. We may add or adjust functionality in updates. We will not materially remove core functionality you reasonably expect from a contact photo sync app without notice where required by law or Apple policy.


3. Pricing and taxes

  • The price is set in App Store Connect and displayed on Apple’s purchase sheet in your local currency, including applicable taxes as shown by Apple.
  • Prices may vary by country or region.
  • Apple may change the listed price for new purchasers; existing purchases are not re-billed.

4. No subscription or in-app upgrade

  • The App does not require a separate monthly or annual subscription to unlock features.
  • The App does not offer a recurring in-app purchase for “Premium” in current builds.
  • If you previously subscribed under a legacy subscription product (OrangeJuiceApplications.FaceMatch.premium.monthly), cancel that subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to avoid further charges. The paid app purchase is separate.

5. Updates

  • App updates distributed through the App Store are governed by Apple’s terms.
  • Updates may be free or priced at Apple’s discretion; typically bug-fix and feature updates remain available without an additional purchase unless Apple or we specify otherwise on the store listing.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policy. We cannot issue payment refunds directly.

To request a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem flow or contact Apple Support.


7. Family Sharing and device limits

If Apple enables Family Sharing for this App in your region, sharing is governed by Apple’s rules. We do not guarantee Family Sharing availability everywhere.

Your license is subject to Apple’s rules on devices and Apple IDs associated with your purchase.


8. Service availability

Features depend on iOS version, Contacts permission, network connectivity, third-party APIs, and background execution limits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted sync or that every contact will receive a new photo.


9. Privacy

Purchase and download are processed by Apple under Apple’s privacy notice. The App does not receive your full payment card number. See our Privacy Policy for how the App processes contact and usage data on your device.


10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version and effective date in the App will change. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you disagree, stop using the App and contact Apple regarding refund eligibility.
