The problem
Families needed one place to understand inclusive classes (Spark, Ignite, Shine, Broadway Workout, GLOW), book tasters without phone tag, and manage member tasks — while staff avoided duplicate admin across ClassManager and email.
What we built
- Public studio site — class storytelling, FAQs, team, and SEND-friendly messaging
- Taster and enrolment flows — clear pricing and policies; hand-off to ClassManager where bookings live
- Member portal — schedules, billing context, practice videos, and family tools
- Parent app links — mobile presence when the native apps publish
Outcome
Less admin for Abi and the team; families spend more time on dance, less on chasing links. The same patterns we use for YCDA — portals, integrations, mobile — are what we offer other studios and membership businesses.
